Research has shown that it's important to get all four types of exercise: endurance, strength, balance, and flexibility. Each one has different benefits..
*Bicep curl
*pushups
*lunges
*squats
Bicep curls are a group of weight training exercises in which a person bends their arm towards their body at the elbow in order to make their biceps stronger. Also upper-body exercise that targets the muscles on the front side of the upper arms. They build functional strength that you'll need aswell .
Pushups are one of the most basic yet effective bodyweight moves you can perform because of the number of muscles that are recruited to perform them.Start in a plank position. Your core should be tight, shoulders pulled down and back, and your neck neutral. Bend your elbows and begin to lower your body down to the floor. When your chest grazes it, extend your elbows and return to the start. Focus on keeping your elbows close to your body during the movement. Complete 3 sets of as many reps as possible.
The most basic version of a lunge is the forward lunge. It involves stepping forward, lowering your body toward the ground, and returning back to the starting position. It's the version most people will refer to when they say they're "doing lunges."
A squat is a strength exercise in which the trainee lowers their hips from a standing position and then stands back up. During the descent, the hip and knee joints flex while the ankle joint dorsiflexes; conversely the hip and knee joints extend and the ankle joint plantarflexes when standing up. Squats also help the hip muscles.
